Vera domain approvers can approve Tosca Tests. When all approval tasks are complete, the approval route is complete, and the Tosca Test Case is approved.

Process Steps

All approvers complete their approval tasks with steps below:

  1. Use Approval Task link to navigate to Vera Approval Task OR login to Vera to see the Vera Approval Queue

  2. Select Approve option

  3. Enter credentials for eSignature

Special Rule(s)

  1. The qTest Test Case and Tosca Test Case remain locked and uneditable

  2. The qTest Test Case and Tosca Test Case can be unlocked with a Revise action from qTest

  3. The Tosca Test Case can be executed when the record is approved

  4. Vera approvers must be associated to the same domain as the qTest project

  5. When all approval tasks are complete, the approval route is complete and the Tosca Test Case is approved

  1. Select Approval Task from VERA Approval Route or Approval Queue

  2. Record is displayed in Vera with Tosca Steps and attachments

  3. Approver has option to Approve or Reject the record

  4. Approver is prompted to use their authentication provided to approve the record

  5. Approver enters their credentials to approve the record

  6. Approval task is updated with approver name, userid and approval timestamp. When all approval tasks are Complete, the Tosca Test Test Case is approved and can be executed
