There are a few steps to follow in order to run the utility.
Download and extract the utility to a local folder. This user executing the utility should have write access to this folder.
Gather the projects that will be updated. The VERA Integration must be enabled for each project to be updated.
Ensure that a user is added to each project and the user has the following permissions in qTest:
Manage Field Settings
Edit Test Cases
