1. Make sure the Policy Management module is displayed

   1. On the VERA sidebar, select Policy Management

To download SAP Tutorial Approval Policy:

1. On the row of the policy name, select the download icon

   1. Download starts automatically

To Upload SAP Tutorial Approval Policy Revision:

1. On the row of the policy name, select the upload icon, the Import Policy Revision dialog box opens

   1. In the Choose File box, select a file VeraAPTutorial2.0.json from your device

   2. In the Revision Comments box, type the following revision comments: This is an updated approval policy.

   3. Click Save

   4. System automatically increments current revision by 1

To delete SAP Tutorial Approval Policy:

1. On the row of the policy name, select the delete icon, the Delete Policy dialog box opens

2. System will warn you if policy is being used in a policy set/domain, this will cause policy set to use default approval policy

3. Click Confirm

4. Policy and it’s revisions are deleted

   1. On the policy table, select SAP Tutorial Approval Policy

To edit policy detail:

1. In the Name box, type SAP Tutorial Application Approvals

2. In the Owner box, select tx3-admin

3. In the Description box, type the following description: This is an approval policy for SAP ApplicationsVera tutorial

4. Click Save

• Click set as default policy button

1. Click add revision button, and Import Policy Revision dialog box opens

2. In the Choose File box, select a file VeraAPTutorial2.0.json from your device

3. In the Revision Comments box, type the following revision comments: This is an updated approval policy.

4. Click Save

5. System automatically increments current revision by 1
