  1. Click on Jira Administration icon in the top-right corner of the window (cog)

  2. Click on "IssuesUser management" in the drop-down box

    On the toolbar on the left-hand side of the window, click on "Custom Fields"
    Click on the "Add custom field" button in the top-right corner
    Click on "Advanced" on the left-hand side of the window, then click on the option "Text Field (read only)". Click "Next"
    Next to "Name", type in "Pending Tasks" and click the "Create" button
    Now, select all of the screens where you want your Custom Field to be displayed. When finished, click "Update" at the bottom
    Now repeat steps 4-7, only this time you're going to name the field "VERA Sync ID"
    After adding the custom field, click on the pop up that appears to Perform a Re-Index
  3. Click "Create user"

  4. Fill in the following information in the "Create new user" form
