Administrator Access is controlled by group role membership. A user who is a member of the System Administrator or User Administrator groups system administrator role is allowed to access the Administration Area. The administrator can then update Group Role Membership, Reset User Passwords, Update User Account Details, or View Signature Verification Results. In order to access the Administration Area, the administrator will also have re-authenticate their user account.

    If you are using SSO authentication, then you may not be required to provide your password if your Identity Provider login is still valid. In this case, your session will automatically be authenticated as an administrator when you request access to the VERA Administration area.


  3. After a period of time, your administrator session will expire and you may be required to re-enter your password to access the VERA Administration area again.
