  1. Select Mail Settings in VERA Administration 
  2. Click the Send Test Email button after you configured VERA with the mail server
  3. Complete the form:

    To Address:email recipient
    Subject:message topic
    Body:message text


  4. Click the Send button to trigger test email

Approval Task Email Notifications

Approval task notifications will be sent users who are in the approval role and are members of the domain automatically when email is configured. The notification process is triggered when a record is routed for approval:

  1. The record is associated with approval route to define the approval tasks
  2. The record is associated to a VERA domain by the record project attribute
  3. Email is sent to users that are members of the domain and associated with the approval role defined in the records pending approval task
