Create New Users on the Vera Web Portal
Open and log in to the VERA Vera Administration site
Display the User Management modulepage
On the VERA Vera sidebar, select User Management
Click the Add User button and the Add User Profile screen is displayed
In the User Name box, type: tutor_da
In the Full Name box, type: Tutor Domain Admin
In the Email Address box, type: tutor_da@tx3servicesda@tricentis.com
In the Login Identity Provider box, select VERA from the dropdown
In the Password, enter a complex password
Click Add User

Add domain roles to user (User Management)
Open and log in to the VERA Administration site
Display the User Management modulepage
On the VERA Vera sidebar, select User Management
On the user table, search and select Tutor Domain Admin
On the VERA Vera sidebar, select Domains & Roles
Add domain admin role to user:
Select the Show all domains checkbox
Click the Domains filter dropdown, search, and then select the Tutorial domain
Click Search
In the Roles box, search and select Domain Administrator
Domain Administrator and Domain Viewer roles are not approval roles and do not need to exist in the Approval Policy. These two roles are meant for domain administration/audits.
Click the checkbox to save role to the user

Download the csv CSV file to your desktop
Add passwords for local accounts
Open the file to edit
Add In the IdP User Name Column, add a strong password after the colon (:) in the IdP User Name Column for each user
The Domain Membership Column is formatted as “Domain Name : Approval Role, Second Approval Role.” Multiple domains and approval roles can be added at once by separating domain information with a semicolon.
Save the file in CSV (comma delimited) format
Open and log in to the VERA Administration site
On the VERA sidebar, select User Management
Click Import Users and the Import Users dialog box opens
Click Choose File and select the file TutorialUsersImportSample-1.csv
Click Import
View Latest Import Results for success status
