  1. Log into the VERA Web Portal as an Administrator
  2. Select VERA Administration from the User Dropdown Menu

  3. Navigate to the User Management section

  4. Select the Reset Password action for the User Profile that needs the associated password reset

  5. Click Reset Password to set the user's password to the automatically generated value in the New Password field

    Note: Clicking Copy to Clipboard with copy the automatically generated value in the New Password field to your clipboard, so that the password may be easily and accurately communicated to the user.
