There are a few steps to follow in order to run the utility.

1. Install .netCore 3.16.0 SDK - https://download.visualstudio.microsoft.com/download/pr/639f7cfa-84f8-48e8-b6c9-82634314e28f/8eb04e1b5f34df0c840c1bffa363c101/dotnet-sdk-3.1.100-win-x64.exe Download .NET 6.0 (Linux, macOS, and Windows) (microsoft.com)

2. Download and extract the utility to a local folder. This user executing the utility should have write access to this folder.

3. Unblock the utilities files if nesessarynecessary:

   Image RemovedImage Added

4. Gather the projects that will be updated. The VERA Integration must be enabled for each project to be updated.

5. Ensure that a user is added to each project and the user has the following permissions in qTest:

   1. Manage Field Settings

   2. Edit Test Cases
