Users can create runs from test instances. The following roles can create runs:

If a run is created in a test set that is in the Ready for Execution Status, the run will be created in the Draft state and can be routed for approval.
The Tester can select a test set and a test instance, then click the Run with Manual Runner button.

The user is prompted if the test instance was previously executed and one or more associated runs have an execution status of passed or not completed. This will prevent creating a new test run if a test is incomplete and prevent re-executing a test that has previously passed. The user can click Yes to continue with run or No to cancel the run action. |

The Manual Runner window will open, and the user can begin the run:

When the Tester has completed execution of the run, they can click the End Run button to save their progress and log out safely.
