Approve records without signature

Vera now has the ability to approve records without signatures. This feature can be enabled for specific records based on your organization’s business rules. Administrators can now configure the approval policy to allow routing of records for approval without signatures. When a user routes a record for approval and that record does not require signatures.  Vera imports the record and updates the record status to Approved.  The record  status will be set to Approved in the source system and the approval route field indicates that the record was approved without signatures.

New feature for 2023.3 release
