Concurrent Usage Report

The Vera Web Portal now provides a report showing the number of concurrent users logged in over time. Administrators can adjust the display of the report to gain insights into the number of individuals that are using Vera at any given time.

Access the Concurrent Usage Report

  1. Log in as a System Administrator.

  2. Navigate to the Vera Administration area.

  3. A new tab exists in the list called Concurrent User Report. Click it to display the graph.

Modify the Report

You can modify the report with the following controls:

Summarize By

  • Maximum Concurrent Users

  • Minimum Concurrent Users

  • Average Concurrent Users

This control allows the admin to change how the usage data is summarized. It is reflected on the y-axis of the graph.

Group By

  • Daily

  • Monthly

  • Yearly

This control allows the admin to change how the data is grouped on the x-axis.

Period

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last Year

  • Custom Date Range

This control allows the admin to adjust the time period that is reflected on the graph.

Export Report Data

You can also export the data displayed on the graph in CSV (comma-separated) format. Adjust the graph as needed to display the data that you want to see, then click the Export button.

The data will be downloaded and saved as a CSV file with the following name format:

VeraConcurrentUsageReport-{Period}-{Summarize_By}-{Group-By}.csv
