Withdraw Approval Routes in Defects module

Users and Policy Administrators can withdraw an approval route before it is complete. Reference Withdrawing Approval Routes for more information about withdrawing approval routes.

Special Rule(s)

  1. The record will become unlocked for editing.
  2. The Signatures field will be cleared.
  3. The Pending Tasks field will be cleared.
  4. The route configuration in the Approval Route field is set to Not Started.
  5. Pending task assignee's will receive a cancellation email notification.
