Edit an Existing Defect

A user can edit any defect where they are designated as the Defect Creator (i.e. their username is present in the Detected By field for that defect) and the Status is New, Open, Ready to Verify, or Deferred. Additionally, Testers and Defect Managers can edit any defect in these states, not just their own defects.
