Test Set Designers and Policy Administrators can withdraw a post-execution approval route before it is complete. Reference  Withdrawing Approval Routes for more information about withdrawing approval routes.

Special Rule(s)

  1. The Signatures field will be purged of any post-execution approval signatures. Pre-execution approval signatures will be preserved.
  2. The Pending Tasks field will be cleared.
  3. The route configuration in the Approval Route field is set to Not Started.
  4. Pending task assignee's will receive a cancellation email notification.
