Test Set Designers can make a test set available for formal test executions by transitioning to the Ready for Execution workflow state. Reference Workflow Transitions for more information about transitioning workflow states in VERA.

Special Rule(s)

  1. For the Draft workflow state, the test set's GxP field must be N.
  2. For non-GxP test sets:
    1. Tests can be added to the test set.
    2. Tests can be removed from the test set if the test was not executed.
    3. Tests can be reordered within the test set.
    4. Test set data fields will remain editable.
  3. For GxP test sets, the test set is locked against editing of data fields and locked against adding/removing tests.
  4. For all test sets, test cases with a Status of Approved can be executed.
