Install the Tosca ALM Client

The MSI files are in the delivered package (zip file). There are two installers, one for integration with TOSCA API with HTTP binding and one with TOSCA API HTTPS binding:

  • For HTTP binding use ToscaALMClientInstaller.msi
  • For HTTPS binding  use ToscaALMClientInstallerHTTPS.msi

We recommend running the installer on an ALM client machine and accept all default values.

Micro Focus ALM Client Registration with Tosca ALM Test Type

Install Tosca ALM Client

  1. Run the installer, we recommend running with a Windows administrator account.
    If prompted, make sure you allow the installer to make changes to your computer. 
  2. Click Next to proceed
  3. Select the Installation Folder and option to install this software for Everyone or Just Me then click Next
  4. Click Next to start the installation
  5. Click Close  when the installation is complete
