There are a few steps to follow in order to run the utility.

  1. Install .netCore 6.0 SDK - Download .NET 6.0 (Linux, macOS, and Windows) (microsoft.com)

  2. Download and extract the utility to a local folder. This user executing the utility should have write access to this folder.

  3. Unblock the utilities files if necessary:

  4. Gather the projects that will be updated. The VERA Integration must be enabled for each project to be updated.

  5. Ensure that a user is added to each project and the user has the following permissions in qTest:

    1. Manage Field Settings

    2. Edit Test Cases
