Importing a Workflow From Marketplace
- Go to Issues > Workflows
- For Jira Cloud:
- On the top right, click Add workflow > Import from Marketplace
- Search for Vera and select the Tx3 VERA Standard Workflow
- For Jira Cloud:
- For Jira Server:
- Download and save Tx3-VERA-Standard-Workflow.jwb
Importing a workflow
- Go to Issues > Workflows
- to your desktop
- On the top right, click Import > Import Workflow
- Click From My Computer
- > select the Vera Workflow file
- Edit the workflow name as need > click Next
- Map Done, In Progress, and To-Do to the existing Jira statuses
- Map Approved, Rejected, and Routing for Approval to new statuses
- Verify the information below and click Import
- The workflow has been successfully imported.
- Note: webhooks need to be set up at the appropriate statuses.
Editing an Existing Workflow Scheme
- Go to Issues > Workflow Schemes
- Click Edit on the workflow scheme that will be updated
- On the top right, click Add Workflow > Add Existing
- On the pop up, select the Tx3 Vera Standard Workflow
- Select all of the Issue Types
- Click Publish
- Click Associate
Configuring a New Workflow Scheme
- Go to Issues > Workflow Schemes
- Click Add Workflow Scheme on the top right
- Fill in the Name and Description
- On the top right, click Add Workflow > Add Existing
- Select the Tx3 VERA workflow from the pop up > select all issue types > publish (same as instructions above).
- Now, you have to associate the existing project with the new workflow scheme, so click Projects > click on the name of the project that you want to update
- Click Workflows > Switch Scheme
- Find the new Scheme > click Associate
- Click Associate again
- Acknowledge the change
