Connection Settings
Xray connection settings will differ based on Xray Cloud and Xray Server. See below for specific source system details. Please see Connections for more information.
Xray Cloud: Add a Xray Connection
For Xray Cloud, the connection has its own server URL, separate from Jira, so you must add a Xray Cloud system.
Follow the steps below to add a new Xray connection
Open Site Administration > Settings tab
Click Connections tab
Click Add Connection, select desired system,
Enter the following fields:

Xray Server: Add a Jira Connection with Linked Locations
For Xray Server, the connection is linked to the Jira connection, so you must build off of the Jira Server by adding a “linked location” and pointing it to Xray Cloud.

Records Management Policy
The Records Management Policy must be updated to reflect the desired fields that will be displayed in VERA. Details specific to each of the entities below can also be added to allow VERA to display those as part of the record.
