Problem
The Vera signatures panel is not visible on the Issue Details screen in Jira.
Solution
The Vera signatures panel will automatically display when the Jira issue has a field named "VERA Sync ID". If the panel is not visible, this means the "VERA Sync ID" field is not accessible for some reason.
To troubleshoot, use the "Where is my field?" tool in Jira to determine why the VERA Sync ID field is not accessible.
Using the "Where is my field?" tool:
Log into Jira as an administrator.
Navigate to the Issue Details view of an issue where the Vera signatures panel is unexpectedly not visible.
Select: Admin → Where is my field?
Search for the VERA Sync ID field.
If the field does not exist, then follow the instructions for adding this field to your Jira instance: How to add Pending Tasks and Vera Sync ID fields
Otherwise, follow the on-screen troubleshooting instructions for making the field accessible on the current issue.
