A local VERA service account is required to integrate VERA and Jira through the Tx3 VERA app in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Create local account in VERA to be used as Jira Service Account
    1. VERA Systems Administrators will need to do this via Import VERA users
  2. Configure the Tx3 VERA App with the Jira Service Account
    1. Jira Administrators will need to Install & Configure the Tx3 VERA App
