Jira Integration: Known Limitations

There are a few known limitations with the Vera Jira integration. Please take these limitations into account as you https://tx3.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/V20232/pages/298128776.

Field Limitations

  • Link Fields, such as the Epic Link Relationship field, will import the Issue ID of the link into Vera, but the hyperlink to click back to Jira will not display in Vera

  • Multiple Link Fields, such as the Linked Issues field, will import the JSON formatted details in Vera and will not be in user-readable format.
