Revise an Approved Test Case in qTest
Test Design
Click on "Test Design".
Approved Test Case
Open a "Test Case" which has already been fully approved.
Make Changes to the Test Case
Edit the test case by making the necessary changes and then click the "Save" button.
Property changes
Reload the Test Case to see that:
- The Test Case Version field has been updated to x.1 where x is the last whole number of the approved version of the Test Case
- The VERA Approval Status has changed to "Draft"
- The VERA Approval Route has been cleared, but all previous signature data is retained in the VERA Web Portal
The record may be Routed for Approval again once all necessary changes are complete.
