Email Notification Settings on User Profile

Users are able to configure the email notifications they would like to receive from their user profile page. Each user can customize their settings in the following ways:

  1. Enable/Disable email notifications

  2. Opt In/Out of email notifications by domain

Step by Step Guide

Enable Email Notifications

  1. Navigate to User Profile

  2. Under the Domain and Roles section, if the Notifications toggle is set to off (denoted by the toggle set to the left side with an x on the right), click the toggle to set Notifications to on (denoted by the toggle set to the right side with a check mark on the left side of the toggle).

  3. “Email Notifications have successfully been saved” message is displayed once the update is successfully saved.

  4. You have now enabled notifications and will receive email notifications for any domain you have opted in to.

Disable Email Notifications

  1. Navigate to User Profile

  2. Under the Domain and Roles section, if the Notifications toggle is set to on (denoted by the toggle set to the right side with a check mark on the left side of the toggle), click the toggle to set Notifications to off (denoted by the toggle set to the left side with an x on the right).

  3. “Email Notifications have successfully been saved” message is displayed once the update is successfully saved.

  4. You have now disabled notifications and will not receive any email notifications.

When the Notifications toggle is set to off, it overrides the settings for individual domains. For example, if you disable email notifications but opt in to a specific domain, you will not receive any notifications for the specified domain.

Opt in to an Individual Domain

  1. Navigate to User Profile

  2. In the table under the Domain and Roles section, locate the domain you want to opt in to.

  3. On the row of the desired domain, toggle the Email Opt In/Out option to the right side.

  4. “Email Notifications have successfully been saved” message is displayed once the update is successfully saved.

  5. You have now opted in to email notifications for the specified domain and will receive email notifications for the domain.

Opt Out of Individual Domains

  1. Navigate to User Profile

  2. In the table under the Domain and Roles section, locate the domain you want to opt out of.

  3. On the row of the desired domain, toggle the Email Opt In/Out option to the left side.

  4. “Email Notifications have successfully been saved” message is displayed once the update is successfully saved.

  5. You have now opted out of email notifications for the specified domain and will not receive any email notifications for the domain.
