Active User Sessions
System Administrators can now view and remove active user sessions. The Active User Sessions table displays all valid user sessions for the Vera Web Portal.
A user can have more than on active session if they log into Vera using more than one browser or computer.
How to View/Delete Currently Active Web Portal Sessions
Log in as a System Administrator.
Navigate to the Vera Administration area.
Select the License Management area > Active User Sessions page.

Sort and/or Filter the User Name, Full Name, and Last Access columns as needed.

Use the Delete icon to remove the session and force the user to log back in.

Deleting an existing session will force an existing user to login again, but will not immediately take them to the login screen. The user must interact with the system in some way, refresh the page, or have their session timeout in order to be redirected.
Deleting a session for an SSO user does not invalidate their Identity Provider login (Azure, Okta, etc) – that session is controlled by the Identity Provider.
