Tx3 Support transition to Tricentis
Tx3 Support will move to the Tricentis Support Hub – What you need to know
In the next few weeks Tx3 support services will be transferred to the Tricentis Support Hub. There, you will find all your Tx3 support services and knowledge resources in one place.
What does this mean for me?
You will have a one-stop portal for all your product and knowledge resources; not only will you find everything you need for Vera and Helios, but also for a wide (and growing) range of other Tricentis products.
User Accounts
All your user accounts will be migrated to the Tricentis Support Hub (you do not need to register on the Tricentis Support Hub). After the migration, you will receive a welcome e-mail with all the information you need to get started on the Tricentis Support Hub.
Support Tickets (Cases)
· Closed support tickets: Your closed support tickets will be migrated to the Tricentis Support Hub. You will find them in your account (after migration).
· Active (= not “Closed”) support tickets: Active support tickets can still be updated and closed on the Tx3 Portal.
· Open/Submit new support tickets: After the migration [add exact date], new support tickets should be opened on the Tricentis Support Hub.
The support process will be similar to your current experience on the Tx3 Support Portal; we will inform you about the most important changes in time, so please look out for the welcome e-mail you will receive from Tricentis Support after the migration is complete.
Tx3 Documentation (Manuals)
After the migration, you will find the documentation on the Tricentis Support Hub in Resources > Manuals.
The Tx3 Knowledge Base will still be accessible after the migration. However, Vera and Helios-related knowledge resources will be added to the Tricentis Support Hub together with (and shortly after) the migration.
