We are excited to announce Vera 2023.4.

The following enhancements are included in the Vera 2023.4 release:

Opt In / Opt Out of email notifications

Users can now configure their email notification settings by each domain or disable email notifications entirely. By default users are opted in to receive email notifications once they are added to a domain, but Vera now allows users to configure this by opting in/out of email notifications by domain.

Rejection & Approved Email Notification for record author and route owner

Route authors and owners opted in for email notifications will now receive email notifications when their record is rejected and when the approval process is complete and the record is approved.

New Email Notifications for pending approvers

Pending Approvers opted in for email notification will receive task withdrawn and task cancellation emails when a record is withdrawn from approval or another approver rejects the record.

Concurrent User Report

System Administrators can view the number of individuals that are using Vera at any given time. The Vera Web Portal now provides a report showing the number of concurrent users logged into the system in a configurable period of time.

User Management Audit History

Changes to user accounts are tracked in audit history.

System Administrators can view the audit history of user accounts. This means they can view all changes made to a User profile including who made the change, when the change was made, the old value and new value.

Display Revision Information in Vera Jira Cloud App

The Vera Jira Cloud App was updated so the user can see the current approval route and previous revision information. This feature was already available for Jira Datacenter users.
