Process Steps

  1. Use Approval Task link to navigate to Vera Approval Task OR login to Vera to see the Vera Approval Queue

  2. Select Reject option

  3. Enter rejection reason

Special Rule(s)

  1. The qTest Test Case and Tosca Test Case will be unlocked and editable

  2. Vera approvers must be associated to the same domain as the qTest project

  3. The current Approval Route is Stopped when an Approval Task is rejected. A new Approval Route is created when the record is routed for approval again.

Rejecting the Tosca Test Case Approval requires processing time to update the Tosca Test Case WorkState with the Tosca Commander REST API

  1. Select Approval Task from VERA Approval Route or Approval Queue

  2. Record is displayed in Vera with Tosca Steps and attachments

  3. Approver has option to Approve or Reject the record and the approver selects Reject

  4. Approver is prompted to provide a rejection reason

  5. The Approval task, approval route and Trecord are updated to Rejected

  • No labels
