Process Steps

  1. Use Approval Task link to navigate to Vera Approval Task OR login to Vera to see the Vera Approval Queue

  2. Select Reject option

  3. Enter rejection reason

Special Rule(s)

  1. The qTest Test Run will be unlocked and editable

  2. Vera approvers must be associated to the same domain as the qTest project

  3. The current Approval Route is Stopped when an Approval Task is rejected. A new Approval Route is created when the record is routed for approval again.

  1. Select Approval Task from VERA Approval Route or Approval Queue

  2. Record is displayed in Vera with qTest Execution Logs, Tosca ExecutionLists, Execution Logs, Step Logs and Step Values.

  3. Approver has option to Approve or Reject the record and the approver selects Reject

  4. Approver is prompted to provide a rejection reason

  5. The Approval task, approval route and record are updated to Rejected

  6. The rejection reason is visible in qTest and Vera
