VERA DevOps for qTest Troubleshooting
Problem
VERA 3 Integration is not working (i.e. when the Route for Approval button is clicked and the record is refreshed, no VERA information is populated). Also, the VERA Server Messages log shows a 500 error for the /callbacks/qtest/route_action call.
Solution
- Service Account's Password has changed recently.
- Update the password.
- Service Account does not have admin access to the project in qTest.
- In the qTest Administration, add the Service Account as a Project Admin to all VERA enabled projects.
- qTest URL is not configured properly inside of qTest
- In the qTest Site Administration, ensure that in the Configuration tab the qTest base URL is configured with the expected URL and protocol (HTTP or HTTPS)
