Viewing the Vera Approval Route in Jira Cloud

Issue Content View
The Vera Approval Route is now available in two places in Jira Cloud. For most records, the Vera Approval Route panel will be displayed automatically when the record enters one of the following standard states:
Routing for Approval
Approved
Rejected
Pending Vera Action
Vera Error
If the panel is not displayed, you can click the Vera button at the top of the record to manually open the panel:
Once it is clicked, the Vera Panel will display near the bottom of the issue:
Issue Context View
The Vera Approval Route panel is also accessible via the Issue Panel section of an issue. This is displayed toward the bottom of the right side of an issue and looks like this:
At any time and in any Jira Cloud Issue, you can click to expand the context view and display the Vera Approval Route panel.
Projects that are not configured for Vera will still display they context view, but will also display a message indicating that they are not configured for Vera.
Problems displaying the Vera Approval Panel
In Jira Cloud, the Issue Content view of the Vera Approval Route panel will not display under the following conditions:
The workflow Status of the issue is not in the standard list above.
The current user is does not have permissions to edit the record.
Jira Cloud is currently preventing users from opening the any Issue Content panel that is hidden by default if they cannot edit the record. Click the Vera icon at the top has no effect and does not function as expected.
Until this issue is resolved by Atlassian, users should be directed to the use Issue Context panel on the right side of the issue.
