Editing Jira records
For records in Jira projects that are integrated with VERA, editing is controlled and will not always be available.
Jira records will be locked against editing in the following states (at a minimum):
- Routing for Approval
- Rejected
- Approved
As a general rule, once a Jira record enters the Routing for Approval state, it will become locked against editing unless it is pulled out of the approval process before being fully approved (see Withdrawing Jira records).
