VS-4352 | Some clients cannot see the Vera Approval Route Panel in Jira Cloud | Fixed an issue where some clients could not see the Vera Approval Route panel on some Jira Cloud issues. A limitation exists in Jira Cloud where Jira Presentation Content panels cannot be opened in an issue that is not editable by the user. In order to mitigate this, we added a Context panel to the right column of all Jira issues that is always visible, but defaults to a closed state. |
