Move Requirements

Requirements and requirement folders can be moved following the standard steps found in the QC/ALM User Guide. There are three options for moving them:

  1. Click-and-drag using a mouse
  2. Cut and Paste commands
  3. Move Down / Move Up toolbar buttons


The following rules apply to moving requirements and requirement folders:

  1. Requirement Authors can move requirement folders
  2. Requirement Authors can move requirements that are in Draft status
  3. Requirement Managers can move requirements in any status
