Follow VERA deployment instructions to import the provided Tosca-enabled VERA template, depending on your ALM version – the full version or the Quality Center edition. This template contains additional fields and policy rules to support Tosca integration and is provided in the delivered package (zip file).

Use this Template as the source for creating Tosca enabled VERA projects. Do not use this as a live project. Often, this imported into its own domain with limited access. For example, a "VERA" or "TX3" domain.
