What's New in 2023.2
Vera 2023.2 improved policy management providing the ability to set default policies and assign policies to specific domains. We added the Connection and Policy Set modules to Policy Management in Site Administration to support policies by domain. Here is a summary of improved policy management modules:
Connections Module - simply connecting Vera to integrated applications, includes connection verification
Policies Module - ability to upload multiple policies and set default policies and also store policy revisions.
Policy Set Module - ability to create policy sets to associate individual policies to domains

The following enhancements are included in the VERA 2023.2 release:
Improved qTest integration
The qTest integration Route for Approval and Cancel Approval Route actions has improved queuing and scalability with new microservices. In addition, the import of qTest records and attachments was optimized to reduce import time.
Web Portal improvements
The Web Portal was improved to reduce load time and present imported data.
Improved HTML support for qTest Test Cases and Test Runs data
Improved Incremental loading of records in Vera
Improved loading of Record Print View
New Connections Module
Site administrators can now configure and manage connecting Vera to source applications (qTest, Jira, Xray & Tosca). Connections can be tested to verify integration configuration. This feature replaces the Synchronization Policy json file.
The location column on the approval queue has been changed to System.
The adding of projects to a domain has also been updated from ‘Location’ to ‘Connections’.

Support Multiple Policies
Vera already supported the uploading of policies. Now, this includes an improved add policy feature as well as deletion of policies, policy details and filtering of policies. Policies now have Owner and Description fields to manage multiple policies.
New Policy Revision History
Vera also stores policy revision and displays this as a separate column, admins can also import new policy revisions, and download current and previous revisions using the download icon on the same row of the policy name. This provides a simplified rollback capability.

Define Default Policies
In addition to improving the policy management, Vera now supports uploading default policies and defining existing policies as default. You can quickly locate the default policies with a filter.

New Policy Sets Module
Site Administrators can group Approval and Record Management Policies into sets.
Link Policy Sets to Domains
In addition to the new policy set module, on the policy set details, administrators can associate one or more domains to a policy set.
